All silver coins are custom-made according to your specifications and order requirements. Production begins only after your order is confirmed.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing

Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Collections.Today reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability or any valid reason before dispatch, Collections.Today reserves the right to cancel the order and process the payment reversal, if applicable.

Payments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Personalized Products

Customized or personalized silver coins are manufactured according to the information, artwork, logos, names, dates, or designs provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for verifying all customization details before confirming the order. Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges will only be considered if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, subject to verification.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Collections.Today follows a strict No Return & No Refund Policy. Products once sold cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or exchange at our sole discretion. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
