All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Since our products are custom-made and manufactured according to customer specifications, production begins after the order is confirmed.

Production Timeline

All silver coins are custom-made to your specifications.
Production and dispatch may take up to 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Customers are requested to place their orders well in advance for festivals, weddings, anniversaries, corporate gifting, and other special occasions.

Shipping

We ship orders across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
Orders are dispatched only after successful completion of production and quality inspection.
Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared, wherever applicable.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier partner. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier operational issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Collections.Today is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate while placing your order. Collections.Today shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. After verification, we will assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
