No Return & No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Collections.Today are final. We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will only be provided in the following cases:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive a defective product.
You receive an incorrect item.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us with your order number, along with clear photographs of the product and its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Replacement

Personalized or customized silver coins.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Products without their original packaging.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
Minor variations in finish, color, or design that are a natural characteristic of handcrafted or precious metal products.

Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a similar product of equal value.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where a replacement is approved due to our error, the replacement shipping cost will be borne by Collections.Today.
